Hi there and welcome!!

I’m so honored that you’ve taken the time to dig into a little bit more about my story, my makeup artistry, and what I specialize in!

I started KMP Artistry in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, right after having my second son. I found myself struggling with the feeling of being unfulfilled and unsatisfied in almost all careers when I was in my twenties. Before COVID, life looked very different for me—and I’m sure for many others as well! I have to admit it was chaos at the moment, caring for a newborn, having a 4-year-old at home (doing school remotely), and taking a part-time online course all at the same time during lockdown. However, I pushed through, and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself and my family.

Growing up I was always heavily interested in makeup, and all things esthetic related. My friends would ask me to do their makeup every time we were going out, especially their brows (when having thin brows was an accident and they needed me to fix their over-plucking LOL!)I would happily agree to help them out. Eventually, I started getting family members and again friends that would inquire me to do their makeup for a wedding they were attending or for their own wedding. I always knew makeup was my calling but I never thought I could have the confidence or the time to make my passion become something I could do as a possible career. With raising babies, trying to be everything for everyone else in my family, and still supporting my family - I thought this idea would need to be put off until “I had more time”. Boy, did the pandemic really put a lot into perspective for me!

Learning to trust my intuition, jumping into the unknown, and being vulnerable was terrifying at first! Eventually, I found my footing and learned that turning your dreams into reality can be totally attainable and SO freakin’ rewarding! To me, makeup is a potent tool and what I love the most about sharing my artistry with others is that singular moment when a client realizes that the transformation they see in the mirror started with their natural beauty first!

I have been enthralled, educated and actively practicing for 9 years within the lines of all things makeup and skincare related. As I've gathered a vast knowledge of these aspects throughout the 5 years of actively taking on clients and weddings, I continue to advance my knowledge and understanding in this field to further expand myself - which will also continue to benefit my clients greatly.

I’ve been incredibly fortunate to hear so many stories of connection and celebration and I’m continually grateful to all my amazing clients for inviting me to share in their life, their love, and of course, on their wedding day. I place a high value on providing excellent communication, professionally executed services, and effortless beauty looks that leave you feeling elevated and radiant on a day when everyone is just waiting to see you glow!
